Availability shows when a provider is open to reviewing requests - not an instant booking. Providers set recurring hours, blackouts, buffers, lead time, caps, and travel windows. Clients request inside those windows; an optional soft hold can expire. Calendar sync is one-way, busy-only, and redacted. A Booking exists only after provider acceptance.
